Dining Room Server

**Job Title:** Server, Dinner Only

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and friendly server to join our team at Caf Tatti, a European-themed fine dining restaurant in McLean, VA. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with all co-workers and management
• Have extensive knowledge of the restaurant's menu and wine list, with the ability to make suggestions when asked by guests
• Serve customers by anticipating their needs, initiating conversation, and offering assistance and advice
• Perform dining room set-up, running side work, and closing duties
• Maintain dining room safety and sanitation standards
• May perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma
• One year experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
• Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service, and respectful towards colleagues and guests
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and other staff in a fast-paced environment
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
