Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop secure and high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by others
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and implement them into the system
  • Maintain the environment by ensuring best practices are followed, such as source control and backups, and maintaining the DEV, TEST, and UAT environments
  • Develop, debug, migrate, and support applications
  • Work with output queues, creating functions, columnar and XML file mapping, and new objects
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Lead Software Engineer Dialogue(OpenText Exstream) Developer
  • Expertise in at least one technology and design technique, as well as experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructure for large-scale programs
  • Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, security
  • Ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or breakdown technical problems
