As a Service Team Member, you will:

  • Communicate effectively with customers in English.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately without the aid of a cash register.
  • Remain on your feet for the majority of your shift.
  • Perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and stretching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers who may need help or have concerns regarding their service.
  • Guide customers through our loyalty programs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly.
  • Instruct customers on the proper procedures for vehicle entry into the wash tunnel.
  • Identify any special care items that require attention to ensure vehicle safety.

As a Crew Leader, you will:

  • Oversee customer satisfaction at the exit and vacuum areas.
  • Promote our loyalty programs and be prepared to assist customers with enrollment.
  • Engage in general maintenance and cleanliness of the location.
