Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida is seeking tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professors of Law for the academic year in all subject matter areas. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in Commercial Law, Business Organizations, and Juvenile Defense Clinic.
Responsibilities
- Teach for 13 weeks during Fall and Spring semesters with varying class times.
- Perform committee work, scholarship, student mentoring, and student advising.
Requirements
- A J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
- Commitment to excellence in teaching and outstanding scholarship is essential.
- Prior teaching experience is advantageous but not necessary.
- Practice experience and/or judicial clerkship experience in relevant areas is beneficial.
- Commitment to the mission of the Law School and its curricular and instructional methods and goals is required.
