Responsibilities
The Surgical Technologist is accountable for the preparation and maintenance of the surgical environment, ensuring the sterile field is upheld throughout procedures. The Surgical Technologist may also take on the role of a mentor for new team members.

Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree or equivalent is required.
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program is necessary.
- Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within a specified timeframe of employment.
