Travel Nurse Labor and Delivery RN Job Opportunity

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery nurse to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in Oregon.

Job Summary

As a Labor and Delivery nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to women and newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages of childbirth. This includes coaching women throughout the birthing process, monitoring the mother's and baby's vitals, administering medication, and managing potential complications that may arise.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients during labor and delivery
  • Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
  • Administer medications and perform procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education and guidance to new mothers on postpartum care and infant care
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Labor and Delivery
  • Active RN license
