As an ABA Therapist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth.

About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and dynamic professionals to join our team as ABA Therapists. Your primary responsibilities will include working one-on-one with children, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of experience working with children with disabilities.
• Preferred six months of experience in ABA therapy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Pennsylvania applications require registration as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
