This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual looking to take their career to the next level in a dynamic environment. As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, processes, and creating and achieving sales objectives.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Lead early career (BEST) hiring, oversee onboarding, track development and eventual deployment to the Industrial Refrigeration NA field sales team.
  2. Monitor and manage sales capacity to achieve annual sales plan, including oversight of hiring 1-2 new sales hires.
  3. Collaborate with Global Products Product Management to drive market share targets for each product line.
  4. Direct Leadership of Industrial Refrigeration NA National Account Sales Team to cover End Users, EPC's and Consulting Engineers who have a national footprint.
