Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces, maintaining a high level of customer service, and adhering to our company's standards and policies.

Responsibilities
  1. Compliance and Understanding of Regulations: Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights.
  2. Cleaning and Maintenance: Cleans public areas and resident's apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
  3. Sweeping and Vacuuming: Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas.
  4. Housekeeping Duties: Performs all housekeeping duties, following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor.
  5. Cleaning and Polishing: Clean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areas.
Requirements
  1. Experience: One-year related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job-training preferred.
  2. Skills: Able to operate cleaning equipment such as: mangle, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc. as required.
  3. Communication: Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job required.
