• Demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking and preparation methods
• Communicate recipe specifications and clearly engage with guests and team members
• Organize and prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• Ensure quality standards and cost control measures are followed
• Interact with fellow team members in a cooperative manner
• Abide by all Health Department and Steritech food safety requirements
• Participate in all required training and meetings essential to the position
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Responsible for all routine opening, during-service, and closing functions and checklists
• Have a complete knowledge of MSDS location, cleaning products, equipment, PPE, and supplies

• Food service experience desired
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have basic knowledge of all recipe and menu specifications
• Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency and accuracy
• Must complete training or certification required by the position
• Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments
• Must have excellent guest service skills
• Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow all policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, appearance, safety, and security policies
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to communicate effectively to guests, team members, and leaders
