Medina Meadows Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
About the Role:
- As a Registered Nurse at Medina Meadows, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, creating and maintaining accurate patient records, administering medication, and monitoring for side effects.
- You will also be responsible for recording vital signs, reporting symptoms and changes in patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
