Position Overview:
Nanny Poppins Agency is seeking a Full-Time Live-In Nanny who is a warm-hearted caregiver with a background in childcare. This role involves caring for three children, including a 6-year-old with special needs. Candidates with experience in physical or occupational therapy will find this position particularly rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on childcare and support for daily activities.
- Transport children to appointments and extracurricular activities.
- Implement home-based exercises tailored for the 6-year-old.
- Engage in play and organize enriching activities.
- Oversee meal preparation and ensure healthy eating habits.
- Manage children's laundry and maintain cleanliness in their areas.
- Assist with household tasks such as loading/unloading the dishwasher and vacuuming.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $26-$28
- Weekly Hours: 45 hours, Monday to Friday with a split schedule.
- Guaranteed weekly hours with paid time off including 2 weeks of vacation and 2-4 sick/personal days.
- Live-in accommodations include a private bedroom and bathroom with modern amenities.
- Work vehicle may be provided for job-related transportation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
- Relevant childcare experience is essential.
- Excellent driving skills are required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States is necessary.
