Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cabana Server to join our team at Great Wolf Lodge. As a Cabana Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking food and beverage orders, serving food and beverages, and handling transactions in a friendly and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and transmit them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle transactions and process payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Some High School education or equivalent
  • Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) as they apply to cash handling
  • Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous server experience
  • Prior experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) technology

Physical Requirements

  • Able to lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Able to bend, stretch, and twist
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
