Metallurgical Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Metallurgical Engineer to join our team at SEEK Professionals, LLC. As a Metallurgical Engineer, you will be responsible for performing analyses and creating reports to support our manufacturing customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tensile, hardness, and microhardness testing to obtain material properties of parts.
  • Perform chemical analysis on materials to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Track parts and failure analysis of PCUs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Apply NDT methods to ensure the integrity of materials and products.
  • Follow all safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials or Metallurgical field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
