About the Role

Jupiter Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our medical imaging department, you will be responsible for managing all technical and clinical aspects of nuclear testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the safe acquisition, distribution, and disposal of radioactive materials for patient testing and treatment.
  • Collaborate with radiologists to ensure high-quality nuclear images and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of the nuclear department to ensure compliance with licensure requirements.
  • Establish and maintain nuclear medicine quality control standards.
  • Comply with all radiation safety program requirements.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved two-year nuclear medicine certification program.
  • Florida state licensure and certification as a radiologic technologist.
  • Nuclear medicine technology certification board (NMTCB) or American registry radiologic technologists in nuclear medicine (ARRT) certification.
  • American heart association BLS for healthcare provider certification.
  • Proficient computer skills and excellent communication skills.
