Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at Roark Revival. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service.
  • Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and Roark Revival's product lines.
  • Independently problem-solve and resolve customer issues, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to communicate customer feedback and implement strategies to exceed sales goals.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring the retail store is well-stocked and visually appealing at all times.
  • Support and promote the Point-of-Sale process, adhering to all register procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in the retail goods industry.
  • Preferred proficiency in action sports, climbing, camping activities, and a passion for the outdoors.
  • Computer skills, including operating POS sales (Shopify).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A positive, outgoing, high-energy, entrepreneurial, and sales-focused attitude.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 15 pounds when merchandising the sales floor and use ladders or stairs.
