Server Representative

At Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill, we're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional food, beverage, and service to our guests. • Build Strong Relationships: Foster positive connections with guests, coworkers, and managers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Prioritize a quality customer experience with a warm and friendly approach, ensuring efficient service and a memorable dining experience.
• Develop Menu Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our food and beverage menus to make informed recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
• Accurate Order Processing: Accurately ring up all food and beverages, per customer order, to ensure seamless transactions.
• Table Management: Assist with bussing tables in assigned sections, greeting guests, and delivering food to assigned tables as needed.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean assigned sections and sanitize workspaces in service areas as needed, adhering to restaurant protocols.
• Responsible Alcohol Service: Provide safe alcohol service by using company resources, proper ID checks, and identifying signs of intoxication.
• Guest Checkout: Manage guest checkout processes efficiently and responsibly, handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.
• Phone and Carryout Assistance: Occasionally answer phone calls and assist walk-in guests with carryout orders as needed.
• Good Food Rewards Program: Become knowledgeable about our Good Food Rewards program and manage it in accordance with company policy.
• Safety and Sanitation: Follow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy, in alignment with health department regulations.
• Team Communication: Effectively communicate with bar, kitchen, and management teams to provide quality customer service.

• Previous Serving Experience: Previous serving experience is preferred, but not required.
• Customer Service Mindset: Enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality is essential.
• Basic Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy is required for our point-of-sale system.
• Math Skills: Basic math skills are necessary for accurate order processing and handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Age Requirement: Must be 19+ to apply.
