As a Hospice Nurse Practitioner at AccentCare, Inc., you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families.
Location: Kirkland & Federal Way, WA / surrounding areas
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing world-class patient care.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing high-quality patient care and education to patients and their families
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
Qualifications
Requirements Include:
- Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing
- One year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred
- Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of agency operation
- Active DEA license in the state where care is being provided
- Possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role, preferred
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
