Occupational Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in our brand-new cutting-edge Acute Rehab Unit. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a one-of-a-kind facility with an amazing team.

Job Summary:

Under the general direction of and upon physician referral, you will be assessing the functional needs of physically disabled patients, develop treatment goals, plan and implement appropriate treatment plans utilizing a variety of occupational therapy treatment procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' functional needs and develop treatment plans to achieve or significantly progress toward achievement of outcome goals.
  • Implement treatment programs designed to achieve or significantly progress toward achievement of outcome goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy curriculum with a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • Licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Idaho is required.
  • BLS on first day or to be assigned by the Learning Center.
