Critical Care Nurse

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Float Pool. As a member of our team, you will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive efficient and high-quality care. Your assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation skills will be essential in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care in the ICU, PACU, and Emergency Department
- Provide clinical expertise to ensure high-quality care for patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required
- Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred
- Current NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred
