Pipeline Technician

A pipeline technician installs various types of pipes, including storm drainage, water lines, gas lines, and sanitary sewer lines. This role also involves laying underground communication and electrical ducts.

We are seeking a skilled pipeline technician to join our team at Webber, LLC. As a pipeline technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining pipes and other infrastructure necessary for the distribution of water and wastewater services.

• Install pumps, blowers, clarifier equipment, headworks, including automated and manual screens, and MBR equipment
• Install concrete, clay, steel, ductile iron, plastic, corrugated pipe and any other type of pipe for storm drainage, water lines, gas lines and sanitary sewer lines
• Lay underground communication and electrical ducts
• Install valves and other accessories

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required
• 2+ years' experience as a pipelayer
• Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written communications
• Heavy physical activity performing strenuous day activities of a primarily productive/technical nature
• Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials
