Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Monitor and manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Reporting and Synchronization: Manage and monitor CWIS to SAP to PRT sync report to ensure orders are resolved and synchronized weekly.
  • Follow-up and Issue Resolution: Follow up on issue resolutions to maintain workflow efficiency and resolve any shipping errors in collaboration with factories and receiving departments.
Requirements
  • Education: Preferably a 4-year degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in supply management or a related capacity.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
