About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor. As a Physical Therapist with My Choice Therapy, you will have the flexibility to choose your patient volume and schedule patients on days and times that work with your schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • A valid practicing license from the State of California
  • Business license or sole proprietorship
  • Professional liability insurance
  • CPR certification
  • Driver's license and auto insurance
  • Physical exam and TB clearance within the past 6 months
