Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Vascular Technologist / Sonographer to join our team in the Albany, NY area. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for utilizing advanced ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images and related data, which will be used by physicians to render medical diagnoses.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize color-flow duplex ultrasound and physiologic testing equipment to produce high-quality images and related data.
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest diagnostic imaging techniques and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting exceptional patient care and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a CAAHEP Accredited program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Cardiovascular Technology.
  • Valid, accrediting body-recognized credential in Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS), or Registered Technologist Vascular Sonography (RT(VS)).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced diagnostic imaging environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and team collaboration.
