Job Summary:
The Retail Field Associate is responsible for managing merchandise transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining an organized retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage inventory by stocking shelves, counters, and displays with products.
+ Create engaging advertising displays to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
+ Label merchandise with accurate pricing and promotional information.
+ Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise based on their needs.
+ Address customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and usage.
+ Provide exceptional service by resolving customer complaints in a friendly manner.
+ Package and present merchandise for customers.
+ Calculate total costs, including taxes, to finalize transactions.
+ Process payments and provide accurate change to customers.
+ Maintain accurate cash records and perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
+ Keep track of sales, prepare inventory reports, and reorder stock as necessary.
+ Adhere to health and safety regulations, including sanitation standards.
+ Ensure a clean and safe working environment while performing duties.
+ Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
