We are seeking a skilled Eyelash Stylist to join our team. As a Lash Extension Technician, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude. You will educate guests on proper lash care and recommend exclusive after-care products, while promoting our services and memberships.

• Create a Memorable Guest Experience: Provide exceptional service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
• Lash Education and Promotion: Educate guests on proper lash care and recommend our exclusive after-care products.
• Product and Membership Promotion: Understand and promote our products and memberships to increase sales and customer loyalty.
• High-Quality Lash Services: Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Client Acquisition: Generate new clientele through our referral programs, building a loyal customer base.
• Work Environment: Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics License: Possess an active license in cosmetology or esthetics.
• Lash Stylist Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience as a Lash Stylist.
• Hand-Made Volume Fans: Preferably have experience with hand-made volume fans.
• Customer Service Focus: Demonstrate a strong customer service focus, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Reliable Transportation: Possess reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong Work Ethic: Exhibit a strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Self-Learning and Education: Be comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered, with a willingness to self-learn and improve skills.
• Availability: Be available to work some weekends and evenings, as needed.
