Bucket Foreperson

W A Kendall and Company LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bucket Foreperson to join our team.

The Bucket Foreperson is responsible for coordinating crew members, equipment, and supplies to complete jobs according to contract specifications. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

• Coordinate crew members and equipment to ensure efficient job completion
• Manage and maintain equipment and supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Communicate effectively with crew members, customers, and other stakeholders
• Make sound decisions and take initiative in emergency situations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in electric utility vegetation management or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle

• Experience with bucket trucks and other equipment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
