Job Summary:

Spector Gadon Rosen Vinci P.C., a leading law firm, seeks a skilled defense attorney for its Philadelphia office. This role involves handling complex commercial litigation and insurance defense cases, maintaining an existing client base, and contributing to the firm's continued success.

**Salary:** $140,000-$170,000 + Commission

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in defense litigation. Pennsylvania bar admission is mandatory; additional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage pre-trial cases, including taking depositions, preparing/discovery, motions, and trial documents
  • Pursue an established book of business with a portable client base
  • Stay updated on Pennsylvania state and federal court rules, practices, and civil filing procedures
  • Meet deadlines, handle high case volumes, and prioritize tasks efficiently

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from a reputable law school
  • At least 7 years of experience as a practicing defense attorney
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and document management systems
