The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide high-quality patient care in our inpatient hospital, working on either an adult or child/adolescent unit. This role involves implementing patient care plans, assessing patients physically and mentally, and collaborating with the clinical team to develop appropriate care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement patient care plans, including administering medication and communicating with patients and their families.
- Assess patients physically and mentally, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address these needs.
- Collaborate with the clinical team, including Psychiatrists, Therapists, and Dietitians, to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
