Job Overview:

Dénovo Review is seeking an experienced lawyer to join our team as an associate attorney in the litigation and business sectors. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and contribute to the success of our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can assist in the preparation and prosecution of lawsuits, as well as perform other duties related to the practice of law. This includes:

  • Conducting legal research and analyzing case law.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as complaints and motions.
  • Assisting in the development of trial strategy and preparing for court appearances.
  • Communicating with clients and colleagues to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on the status of cases.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A valid license to practice law in North Dakota, with licensure in Minnesota and/or South Dakota being a plus.
  • At least 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Benefits:

In addition to the competitive salary range of $70,000-$90,000 per year, Denovo Review offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, paid health and dental insurance, short-term disability benefits, life insurance, and a retirement plan with a percentage match.
