Salary Information

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $32.69 - $44 per hour, with shift differentials for nights and weekends. Additionally, we provide a $10,000 sign-on bonus to attract top talent like you

About the Job

This is an opportunity to work as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT & CRT) at our Regency Hospital - Cleveland East location. We are committed to delivering high-quality care to critically ill or post-ICU patients who require extended hospital stays.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with complex medical and surgical conditions.
  • Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
  • Promote continuous quality improvement.
  • Teach and counsel patients/families.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must possess an active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
  • Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
  • Current state licensure is required.
  • ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.
