About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Clinician to work alongside our team of physicians, registered dietitians, and other healthcare professionals. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping patients achieve their health goals and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional primary care to adults, with a focus on metabolic health and obesity management
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure patients receive comprehensive support and care
  • Embodies the knownwell mission and values of patient inclusivity and compassion
  • Communicate effectively with patients through our secure portal and phone
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in primary care and obesity medicine
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Unrestricted DEA licensure and prescribe authority
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in ambulatory care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
