Job Description

As a Parking Cashier, you will be responsible for approaching and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner. You will use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns. This includes relaying customer concerns and/or information to shift leads or Operations Managers as necessary.

You will also be quick and responsive to provide excellent customer service, follow all company procedures, and comply with all safety regulations. Additionally, you will issue and/or collect visitor parking tickets, match visitor ticket to parking rate schedule, collect proper payment from visitors, and distribute correct change.

You will complete lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located, reconcile receipts, cash, and charges, and accurately account for all funds within the cashier drawer. Furthermore, you will perform revenue drops following specific location procedures and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be 18 years of age or older and have no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required. No experience is needed, but on-the-job training will be provided. A preference is given to individuals with one (1) year of similar experience.
