Hobart Service, an Illinois Tool Works Company, is seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to support the organization in regard to Accounts Receivable. This position will receive timely responses on customer payments, possess excellent customer service skills, and manage a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of customer payments and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and optimize corporate profitability.
  • Maintain existing credit accounts and file proofs of claim in bankruptcy conditions.
  • Negotiate "Preference" payment conditions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or 3+ years' experience in collections or a similar field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to complete job duties with a high degree of accuracy.
