Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Protection Associate to join our team in Euless. As a valuable member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a secure shopping environment for our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining safety and security standards. A minimum of one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, AP/LP, or Operations is preferred.

This is a regular part-time opportunity with competitive wages and flexible hours. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting bag and package checks on store and corporate associates, ensuring adherence to safety and security standards. You will also engage with customers and associates in a manner consistent with our company core values by providing a confident, friendly, and energetic greeting with eye contact and a smile with every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct bag and package checks on store and corporate associates, ensuring adherence to safety and security standards.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times, wearing the designated dress standards, radio and earpiece.
  • Stand positioned at the front of the store, remaining vigilant and aware of your surroundings.
  • Create a secure environment and reduce opportunities for theft.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining safety and security standards. A minimum of one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, AP/LP, or Operations is preferred.

You will also need to be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and to visually monitor store environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and review, analyze and comprehend business trends are also required. Excellent leadership skills that support fostering productive business relationships are essential.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $13-$15 per hour based on location and industry standards.
