About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Manager to join our team at Applied Materials. This role is responsible for ensuring that quality systems are implemented and maintained throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality systems, with experience in developing and applying quality standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Develops and applies quality standards in accordance with company and customer requirements
* Ensures that quality systems are implemented and maintained throughout the organization
* Analyzes operational data; develops and implements recommendations
* Participates in and may lead audits
* Evaluates work methods, procedures, and policies

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $96,000 - $132,000 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. In addition, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. quality assurance, engineering)
* 4-7 years of experience in quality systems
* Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
