We are looking for a skilled Commercial Flooring Consultant to join our team at Sid's Carpet Barn Inc.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the floor covering industry, with a proven track record of success in outside sales. They will be responsible for meeting customers on site, determining the type and quality of flooring needed for their project, and ensuring that customers receive a 5-star experience throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet customers on site to determine the type and quality of flooring needed for their project.
  • Order materials and schedule installations.
  • Follow up with customers promptly and professionally on all requests or problems.
  • Write up orders and manage the process of delivery of materials.
  • Oversee projects to ensure customers receive a 5-star experience throughout the entire process.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least two years of outside sales experience in the floor covering industry.
  • Ability to interact with diverse groups of people and communicate effectively.
  • Energetic and motivated individual.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Windows, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Benefits:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability required.
