Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technician to join our team at Workbox Staffing in Newaygo. This is a great opportunity to continue a successful local career with a competitive salary of $30 per hour for 2nd shift work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastics engineering and process optimization, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing start-up and shutdown of plastic injection molding machines, debugging and troubleshooting process problems, and adjusting process parameters to improve efficiency and product quality.

In this role, you will also be responsible for transferring processes from one press to another, monitoring equipment performance, and resolving any product non-conformity issues that may arise. Additionally, you will provide technical support for manufacturing, including training and developing skills of mold setters and other team members.
