Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Integration Specialist to join our team at Integrated Commercialization, LLC. As a key member of our quality management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of client requests into our quality management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert clients' directives into our standard documented formats
  • Create documents and other quality records to meet project, product, and process requirements
  • Support the integration of new non-standard work requests
  • Perform assigned deliverable schedules to ensure project deliverables are accomplished within prescribed timelines
  • Effectively manage simultaneous assignments
  • Work effectively with other project and quality team members
  • Perform effectiveness checks of executed projects and use results to improve future and existing project outcomes
  • Track time to develop documented protocols
  • Support activities related to review and approvals of product dispositions and other inventory transactions from quarantine
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field, preferably with 1-3 years of experience in quality, administrative, or operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
