The Logistics Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing logistics projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves managing resources, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all project goals and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple logistics projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, budget estimates, and risk assessments, to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse operations, transportation, inventory management, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery and minimize costs.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and potential challenges to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Implement best practices in logistics and supply chain management to improve efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing logistics projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar tools) and Microsoft Office Suite, with PMP certification or equivalent a plus.
