Position Summary
As a part-time Fashion Retail Consultant, you will bring our brand to life each day. Your mission is to deliver exceptional service to every customer, ensuring you make a positive impact on their experience. Your Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
You excel at fostering and nurturing relationships. Utilizing our service principles, you connect with each customer, striving to enhance their experience. Don’t worry; we will provide you with all the training you need to succeed.

You set ambitious goals and diligently work towards achieving them. Your focus is on building connections with customers to enhance our brand presence and improve store performance.

You are eager to share Kendra Scott's mission and philanthropic initiatives with customers and the community, believing in our positive impact and wanting to spread the word.
Trustworthiness:
You adhere to our policies and procedures, always doing the right thing.
Effective Communication:
Customers look to you for guidance on product details and personal style. You possess the expertise to recommend products that align with their needs.
Adaptability:
You thrive in various roles, seamlessly transitioning between the Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Operations as required.
Proactive Action:
Your priority is to enhance each customer's experience. You proactively address concerns to ensure a consistently positive interaction.
Team Collaboration:
You willingly support your team in delivering outstanding experiences for all customers, even behind the scenes.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs.
Capability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
