Job Opportunity

CMI Management LLC, a leading provider of business and facilities management solutions, is seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join its team at a customer site in Emmitsburg, MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional cleaning and sanitation services to maintain a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office and dormitory cleaning, with a focus on attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Must be a US citizen and able to pass a Federal Background investigation.
  • All applicants will be subject to drug testing.
