Position Overview:

This role is essential in delivering direct assistance and guidance to individuals in our residential facilities. As an Evening Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, assisting them in daily living, social interactions, and recreational activities.
  • Encourage independence and choice, fostering a supportive environment.
  • Collaborate in the creation and execution of individualized support plans.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals in your care.
  • Promote engagement in various activities within the home and community.

Additional Duties:
  • Assist with cooking, housekeeping, and maintaining a clean living environment.
  • Monitor individual behaviors and physical conditions, applying prescribed strategies as needed, and maintaining accurate documentation.
