Job Description

This role involves conducting comprehensive vestibular function tests to evaluate balance and spatial orientation in patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing and be able to collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vestibular Assessment:
    • Conducts comprehensive vestibular function tests to evaluate balance and spatial orientation in patients.
  • Electrophysiological Evaluation:
    • Administers electrophysiological tests to assess the function of the auditory system and diagnose disorders affecting the auditory pathway.
  • Interpretation of Results:
    • Analyzes test results to diagnose vestibular and auditory disorders such as vestibular neuritis, Meniere's disease, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), and auditory neuropathy spectrum disorder (ANSD).
Requirements
  • Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in audiology.
  • Experience in Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
