**Job Description:**

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our team of five direct reports responsible for Bankruptcy, Claims & Investor Claims, Loss Mitigation, Non-Performing Loans, and Regulatory Filings & Compliance.

The VP of Default Management will be responsible for managing at-risk accounts, driving default prevention strategies, and managing borrower outreach and collections.

This leader will play a key role in mitigating losses, ensuring investor compliance, and protecting financial investments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agency and Issuer Default Servicing guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Prior experience working with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, or Ginnie Mae is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in mortgage collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, and bankruptcy.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to address interpersonal challenges and miscommunications.
