Position: Senior Analyst for Global Taxation
SpaceX is seeking a Senior Analyst to oversee both domestic and international tax obligations for its subsidiaries across the globe. This role is integral to the international tax division located in Hawthorne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tax filings and financial disclosures with external partners
- Ensure adherence to local tax regulations and electronic invoicing standards
- Work collaboratively with various teams and external consultants
- Oversee tax remittances and maintain comprehensive tax documentation
- Support audit processes and participate in special projects as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in taxation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or taxation
- Experience with Big 4 accounting firms or large multinational corporations
- Familiarity with electronic invoicing and value-added tax (VAT)
- Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese
- Data analysis capabilities and knowledge of relevant software tools
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work extended hours when necessary
- Position is based in Hawthorne, CA
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for the Senior Analyst for Global Taxation is $110,000 - $145,000 annually. Additional benefits include long-term incentives, comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and more.
