About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and charismatic host to welcome guests into our fast-paced BYOB establishment. This is an ideal opportunity for a college student or young mother with children in daycare, as it offers a flexible schedule and the chance to develop valuable customer service skills.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a positive personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. You should also have prior experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable in the restaurant* Answer phone calls and take reservations efficiently* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards* Collaborate with staff members to provide exceptional customer service* Manage cash handling and operate a point-of-sale system accurately* Develop strong relationships with regular customers and create a loyal clientele base* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge*
Salary Estimate: $25,000 - $35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
