About the RoleThis role involves providing leadership in patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver quality care, and effectively communicating with the healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering compassionate patient care, assessing patients' needs, developing effective care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality patient care
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum 1 year hospital inpatient RN experience
- Experience with cardiac monitoring, titrating vasoactive drips, post-surgical care, post PCI care, and chest tubes
- Professional Certifications to support a culture of nursing excellence
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing
Hiring Manager reserves the right to set salary based on relevant work experience
We estimate this position to pay around $95,000 - $110,000 annually, including benefits and overtime
