Job Description:

The Store Manager position is a key role in driving our business forward. This individual will be responsible for leading the team, managing daily store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. They must have a proven track record of increasing sales and store profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Development: Attract, develop, and retain top talent by creating an environment that encourages high morale and teamwork.
  • Customer Engagement: Build a store environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences by leading, modeling, teaching, and coaching the team on customer engagement.
  • Execution: Analyze business performance and execute clear action plans to optimize results, manage daily store operations, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Three to five years of previous store management experience with annual sales volume of $3 million plus.
  • Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability.
  • Ability to travel periodically for meetings and communicate effectively with customers, peers, and supervisors.
