About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a top 100 nationally ranked office and mentorship program as a Business Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business sales of auto, home, life, and health insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Find prospects, quote prospects, and close prospects
  • Generate new insurance business by prospecting for clients through internet leads, networking, referrals, and hot prospects

Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
